Higher quality treats and toys for Christmas

I wanted to be sweet to my cat and little pomeranion, (misspellings rock), dog this christmas and get them a giftbag each, full of higher quality treats, and a couple toys.

The dog doesn't like hard toys to chew on, he'd rather play tug with a pillow or a stuffed sock.

I wanted to look around online so I could actually have some say and knowledge about what I'm buying, since it's christmas, and I want to give them something better than Walmart treats.

I found this cute toy on ThinkGeek.com that slings a string around randomly for the cat to chase. lol.

So, any good websites for cat and dog treats and toys?
Any thoughts or tips on the best way to package this stuff for them to unwrap?

Cats like bags,, so just putting the toy in a bag and letting him or her explore the bag until he or she finds the toy would probably be best. Of course, the cat may like the bag more than the toy. LOL

I'll check out the site you recommended. I have used amazon and petsmart.com and petco.com as well as petmountain.com. But I find them hard to navigate. I'd rather actually go into a pet store.

When I had cats, both of them really liked those balls with the jingle bells in them. Not sure about sites as I have never bought pet stuff online since I haven't owned a pet in quite a few years, but Amazon is easy to use, accessible and has tons of reviews and good descriptions of their stuff. That's how I've been doing my kids' Christmas and Birthday shopping. Good luck!

if you have a big lots near you? i don't know if they have online, have never looked. anyway. they have dog cookies you bake and comes in a little santa bag and has a cookie cutter with it. it's either a dog bone shape or candy cane. there's different ones. it's cute though. but yeah, you do have to bake them. it's in the dog/ christmas aisle. They also ahve a really cute cat toy. i wanted it sooo bad for my cat, but she's getting old and probably won't play with it. lol it's a big piece of cheese and furry and has balls in it for them to bat around. it's sooo cute. lol. it's hard and sits on the ground. sort of tall. yeah, may want to look there. i'm the same ii like to buy my babies there own gifts. lol! good luck. keep us informed if you find anything good.
oh yeah, they also have chew stick in the shape of candy canes and really cute dog toys that are christmas ones. i got our yorkie a cute, i forget her name, but it's rudolf's girlfriend. lol it's a squeeky plush toy. i couldn't help it and gave it to her when i got home and of course she loves it. but then again she has tons of toys and loves them all. ehhehe
